By submitting your name and email address, you authorize ComputerTeks llc to add your email address to our email list and authorize future emails to be sent to you from ComputerTeks llc. How to claim your referal bonus: When a customer has computer service performed by ComputerTeks in the amount of $50 or more in labor expenses (excluding hardware, licensing, software or tax costs or fees), the customer will be asked if anyone referred them to ComputerTeks. If the customer says yes, the customer will fill out a short form to clarify who referred them by providing the full name, email address, phone number and any other information of the "referer" so that we can contact them and award the $10 bonus. The customer has 10 days from the time the service ticket was completed to specify a "referer" after which the offer is null and void. Only one "referer" may receive the $10 bonus per service ticket. There is no limit to the amount of bonuses a "referer" can earn. If the customer says no one referred them, the $10 bonus will expire 10 days after the service ticket was completed. ComputerTeks llc will make reasonable efforts to notify "referrers"and award the bonus. Bonuses not claimed after 10 days from the date the service ticket was completed will be forfitted.
Eligibility: In order to submit entries, you must be 18 years or older (by Janurary 1st, 2010) and a legal US Citizen. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for ComputerTeks llc or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months in one calendar year.
Offer experation: All referrals must be submitted electronically on or before December 31st, 2010, 12:00pm.
Miscellaneous: All federal, state and local laws apply. Sponsors shall be entitled to interpret these rules as needed — including but not limited to rules regarding entries, selection of winner, deadlines, restrictions on prizes, and eligibility — and all of their decisions are final. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules. ComputerTeks llc reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this offer or any part of this offer should any non-authorized intervention, network failure, information storage failure, telecommunications failure, malfunction, or other causes beyond its control, corrupt or impair the security, administration, fairness and/or operation of this offer as determined by ComputerTeks llc in its sole discretion. ComputerTeks llc is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, or for any failed telephone or computer hardware or software, or for any failed, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or garbled transmissions or errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic, or for entries that for any reason are not received by ComputerTeks llc by the deadline stated above. ComputerTeks llc is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any computer, modem or other electrical device as a result of participation in this sweepstakes or downloading of any software or materials.
